Here at the Dyslexia-Academy we are passionate about supporting as many people as possibly can. Most of the Team have instances of dyslexia within our own families and we understand that feeling of not knowing where to start and feeling really overwhelmed; hence us working with our sister service - The Dyslexia Centre North West to devise the child and adult dyslexia screening questionnaire service.  

Just complete the relevant forms below and our Specialist Dyslexia Teacher and Assessor Team will be in touch to help offer support and advice. A short Dyslexia-Academy analysis summary report can be available upon request.

Once we have received confirmation of questionnaire completion, we will analyse the findings and be in touch within 7 days.
